SCARPERIA, Florence, Italy — La Marzocco wishes to extend a word of tribute and awareness on one of the most valuable commodities, celebrated and story-told each October 1st through a multitude of initiatives, events and platforms.
This year La Marzocco was happy to share some of its endeavors, grateful in being part of the development of the community and that of its partners, old and new.
For example, in the joint celebration of a roaster’s anniversary, with high-end cuisine venturing into the world of specialty coffee or with the efforts at origin, across the value chain, and even beyond the industry through formats such as Coffee Encounters bringing people, spaces and experiences together.
We would like to thank all the hands that go into a cup of coffee: the farmer, the processor, the exporter, the importer, the roaster, the end-users, the barista and the consumer.
La Marzocco will continue its quest in being the instrument that duly delivers the notes and final expression of coffee and all of its collective work.
