SCARPERIA, Italy – La Marzocco, a leader in espresso machine innovation and design, announces its participation at the upcoming round of Formula E – the electric street racing series – in the Principality for the second edition of the Monaco ePrix.
For the third year in a row, La Marzocco will join the series as the official espresso machine supplier for the FIA Formula E Championship, sharing the same values of sustainability, high-end technology, community and engagement.
Both brands aim to raise awareness and inspire change in sustainable practices, as well as contribute to reducing carbon footprint.
In fact, La Marzocco and Formula E make their return this year to the streets of Monaco-Ville, with a special connection that sees close links between the Foundation created by HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco in 2006, dedicated to environmental protection and to the promotion of sustainable development initiatives.
During the entire race programme, a world-class coffee station with La Marzocco’s high-end Linea PB, GB5 and FB80 espresso machine models, will be installed in the EMOTION Club, the location of Formula E’s premium hospitality experience.
A professional team of baristas, led by the French itinerant pop-up café brand, La Claque, will be introducing a variety of quality coffee beverages, with beans by the specialty Lyon-based Placid Roasters.
