SCARPERIA, Italy – La Marzocco’s flagship Out of the Box will take place, for the very first time in Leeds, on Saturday 2nd December with the UK premiere of the all new Leva machine! Fresh off from wowing the crowds in Milan and Seoul, registered guests will be some of the first people in the UK to witness this innovation in action.
Out of the Box (OOTB) – a cultural celebration bringing together the local community through La Marzocco’s passion for amazing coffee – will take place this Saturday in the creative workspace venue of Duke Studios: 3 Sheaf Street, Leeds – LS10 1HD.
This edition will play host to the finals of two industry competitions – the SCA UK Coffee in Good Spirits and Latte Art Championships – as well as to the European True Artisan Café. Event partners who will exhibit at the event include Grey Goose Vodka, Falcon Coffees, Espresso Solutions, Marco Beverage Systems, IKAWA Coffee, Caffeine Culture and Caffeine Magazine.
Hands-on experiences on offer will include curated cuppings from Falcon Coffees, cocktail masterclasses from Grey Goose Vodka and roasting demonstrations from IKAWA Coffee. Six industry panels will cover a wide range of topics from “Bike and Brew: Coffee & Cycling Culture” to “Conception to Birth; turning passionate ideas into innovative realities” aiming to inspire – and engage with – coffee professionals and enthusiasts alike. Guests can also expect an evening full of music, street food, drinks and prizes (such as the Factory Tour) at the La Marzocco Christmas After Party!
