Barista Connect 16 (September 9-11) will be a stimulating time to gather and take part in guest lectures, debates, sensory and skills training.
On this occasion, our Aftersales Coordinator Estelle Bright – from La Marzocco UK & Ireland – has been invited to speak about her experience. Estelle has been in the industry since 2005 and will be sharing her current role in servicing the barista community and promoting a 360° quality approach to coffee.
Estelle Bright started in the coffee industry in 2005 in a little town in South Wales, UK. After getting a taste for the specialty scene, she moved to London in 2009 to further herself in coffee, from barista to manager, from coffee trainer to quality control. Estelle has experienced working for some of London’s finest cafés as well as competed in the National Barista Championships (top 6 for three years in a row).
