RIMINI, Italy — La Spaziale could not miss the 40th anniversary at Sigep (Rimini, January 19-23 2019), one of the most expected appointments of Made in Italy for espresso, pastry, ice cream and bakery industry.
Once again the protagonist of SIGEP 2019 at La Spaziale stand will be “portioned coffee in all its variables”, which is always raising interest in our industry and on which La Spaziale has been investing successfully now for almost 20 years.
Such results have been obtained adapting and applying closed and patented systems to the different models of our espresso coffee machines, both with automatic capsule ejection (S15) and with the traditional system of the porta filter (S1 Armonia and Vittoria).
After being recently presented at Triestespresso Expo last October, Vittoria has immediately collected the wide consent of all our customers. Vittoria comes out as the result of quality requirements of roasters in portioned coffee industry and it boasts the performance and functionality of a professional coffee machine.
It allows a wide range of coffee deliveries thanks to the consistency and thermal stability of the heat exchanger, to a high capacity 5 liter inner tank with water feed from above which makes water connection optional and to a highly performing 5 liter boiler dedicated to hot water and steam.
It inherits the flexibility of S15 and S1 ARMONIA and of its brewing groups fully dedicated and compatible to the most popular capsule formats on the market.
It is with a perfect aesthetic matching with our S15 that we will now present for the first time an innovating refrigerating milk unit. It has been developed with a modern design and it allows to froth milk controlling electronically both temperature and frothing air in a consistent and efficient way, so as to set and obtain a wide and different range of milk based drinks.
At La Spaziale stand, we will be making coffee on a S9 EK DSP, which has been enriched for this event of our telemetry system. This system allows to geolocalize and remotely control the operating settings and functioning parameters of the machine, so as to control its performance in an efficient and profitable way. The feedback in real time of the machines status even allows to plan a scheduled maintenance program and possible prompt service interventions in case of malfunctions and alarms.

The world pastry excellence is in Rimini and is drawing the attention of confectionery art lovers with the Pastry Events. La Spaziale will take part to the competitions as Silver Sponsor and will support young talents and creativity professionals with the 12 S1 Armonia coffee machines. One S40 Suprema will be installed in the Vip Area of Pastry Arena, so as to grant consistent results in the cup with any coffee blend used.
The events start on Saturday 19th and on Sunday 20th January with the Juniores Pastry World Championship where young talents under 23 coming from all over the world will compete on the theme “The Flight”.
Eleven -among the best teams of pastry chefs- will compete with chocolate artistic creations, ice creams in a glass and coffee based desserts prepared with LA SPAZIALE coffee equipment.
On January 21st a feminine competition will take place with the Italian selection of Pastry Queens, which will be valid for the world championship which will take place next year. In the same day, the traditional cakes of the world will be displayed with the new master classes of International Pastry Camp.
In the following days Juniores and Seniores pastry chefs will be the protagonists of the Italian challenge of the great confectionery culture.
