HAMBURG, Germany – This year, Cimbali Group has been nominated for the “Technology & Equipment” category of the established Internorga Future Award with the LaCimbali brand M40 machine. With its resource-saving technology, the product makes a significant contribution to a sustainable out-of-home market of the future.
Each year, the leading international trade fair Internorga (8-12 March 2024) honours the most innovative concepts from the world of hotels, restaurants, bakeries and patisseries with its Future Award.
Cimbali Group nominated for Internorga Future Award
For this edition, Cimbali Group has made it onto the nominee podium for “Technology & Equipment” with its latest LaCimbali offspring M40: amidst numerous applicants, the machine was selected by an experienced jury of experts as a prime example of sustainability and responsible action in the out-of-home sector.
“Innovation, sustainability and entrepreneurial courage” – this is the approach taken by the Internorga Future Award to promote the future-orientated commitment of companies. At Cimbali Group, this is reflected on and under the housing of the M40 machine: on the one hand, it presents itself with an elegant, ergonomic look, which consists of 44% recycled and 94.4% recyclable material.
Secondly, it is equipped with the newest energy-saving heating system that replaces the usual heating cartridges with heat exchangers and enables significant energy savings of up to 75%. This innovative approach, confirmed by the award nomination, is the result of the Cimbali Group’s constant endeavours to carry cutting-edge technology, research and attention to detail into the future for maximum coffee enjoyment.
The award ceremony will take place on the Internorga Open Stage directly at the start of the trade fair on 8 March at 10:30 a.m. for all interested trade fair visitors.
Cimbali Group will be present this year at Internorga in Hall A1 at Stand 216 with its brands LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer and Casadio.
