DUBAI – The eighth annual edition of the Italian Cuisine World Summit (ICWS) opens its doors, to a world of Italian culinary adventure, in Dubai – United Arab Emirates. Lavazza, the official ICWS partner, celebrates the true Italian way of life by showcasing what Italians love most – real coffee.
Throughout the summit, Lavazza will host competitions and opportunitities for individuals to experience and explore the nuances of the coffee culture.
Lavazza will kick off the summit with a search for the ‘The Best Espresso in the UAE’.
The competition will bring the best baristas together under one roof to compete for the coveted title and get a chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Italy to attend a barista course at the Lavazza global training center.
Food and coffee enthusiasts are also welcome to join the Lavazza themed dinner which will be hosted at the Vivaldi Ristorante by Michelin Star Chef Alfredo Russo in Sheraton Dubai Creek on November 14th. A coffee inspired four course set menu will be available for guests to enjoy.
In addition, Lavazza is launching its new product range for the first time in the UAE – ¡Tierra! Origins.
