This Notice provides members with the current list of Nominated Warehouses and Nominated Warehousekeepers for the Storage of Cocoa and Robusta Coffee and provides information in relation to Nominated Warehouses and Nominated Warehousekeepers following the annual re-registration or renewal application process.
In accordance with Procedure D 1.1.2(c) of the Grading and Warehousekeeping Procedures in respect of the London Cocoa and Robusta Coffee Futures Contracts, the Exchange is required to advise Members of changes to the List of Nominated Warehouses and the Nominated Warehousekeepers thereof (“the List”).
Following the annual renewal application process, the following Warehousekeepers did not apply for renewal and have therefore been removed from the List, with immediate effect.
- Romani & C.Spa nominated for the storage of Robusta Coffee in the Port of Genoa
- NKG Kala Gmbh, nominated for the storage of Robusta Coffee in the Port of Hamburg
Members are further advised that the following Warehousekeepers have changed their names:
- Pacorini Antwerp NV Nominated for the storage of Cocoa & Robusta Coffee in the Port of Antwerp will now be Nominated as P Global Services
- Pacorini Global Services (USA) LLC Nominated for the storage of Robusta Coffee in the Port of New Orleans will now be Nominated as PGS USA, LLC
