LONDON, UK – The London Coffee Festival took place from 28th to 31st March at Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, in London.
The four-day event is the largest of its kind in Europe, with 250 exhibitors and roughly 30,000 visitors, giving Londoners a chance to taste their way around different bean blends and learn more about the science behind their favourite brews.
The gathering celebrated London’s vibrant coffee culture with various tastings, talks, workshops and demos for a hugely varied audience.
Over the four days, twenty world-class baristas will battle it out in a series of knock-out competition rounds — all fighting for the prestigious title of Coffee Master.
A main focus of the London Coffee Festival was sustainability, with a large number of stalls focussing on finding newer, more environmentally friendly ways of enjoying one of the world’s favourite hot drinks.
Highlights also included Latte Art Live, The Tasting Room, The Mindful Coffee Tasting Experience and La Cimbali Sensory Series.
