Manuela Fensore wins once again the Italian Latte Art Championship with Rancilio Specialty RS1

RIMINI, Italy – The curtain has fallen on the Sigep stage with the most eagerly awaited final of the barista competitions. After days of challenges, fun and passionate cheering, the Italian Barista Championships promoted by Sca Italy have come to an end. The last day of competition ended with Manuela Fensore winning the Latte Art national title, beating Stefano Cevenini and Michele Intravaia in the final, who had to settle for second and third place respectively.

It was a memorable day with the Rancilio Specialty RS1 espresso machine still starring on the competition stage as the official sponsor of the competition.

The numerous spectators, crowded into the stands of the Sigep Rimini Coffee Arena, accompanied and supported the finalists in all the time trials of skill, reserving special applause and ovations for all the figures presented by Manuela Fensore, who literally inflamed the audience, cappuccino after cappuccino, from the first trial to the grand finale.

By winning the Italian title, Manuela Fensore gained a pass to the Latte Art world finals, which will be held at the World of Coffee in Copenhagen from 27 to 29 June.
