DENVER, Colorado, U.S. — Marley Coffee has announced that Rouses, a U.S supermarket chain based in Thibodaux, Louisiana, will carry four varieties of Marley Coffee in 8oz bags and four varieties of Marley Coffee RealCup(R) single serve capsules, compatible with most Keurig(R) K-Cup(R) machines, chain-wide in all 37 stores across Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi.
The launch was supported with displayable shippers and an advertisement in “My Rouses Everyday Magazine” September/October issue, a free publication available to customers in-store.
The supermarket chain joins other retailers carrying Marley Coffee’s single serve capsules in introducing the company’s innovative EcoCup, an easy-to-recycle single serve cup that dramatically reduces the amount of waste in comparison to that produced by traditional capsules.
Rohan Marley, Chairman and Founder of Marley Coffee said, “I admire Rouses’ dedication to its community and its emphasis on shopping local, in order to uplift the Gulf Coast by hiring and investing in local fisherman, farmers, and manufacturers.
Our company’s shared values make this a harmonious partnership, and I am looking forward to seeing our relationship with this independent grocer grow.”
Marley Coffee and RealCup(R) have no affiliation with Keurig(R) Inc. or the K-Cup(R).
