Mars Drinks, a 100% workplace-dedicated segment of Mars, Incorporated has created a new role within its business: Global Vice President of Workplace Vitality. This unique role is designed to help Mars Drinks and its customers take a fresh look at ways to foster increased collaboration, engagement, well-being, and productivity in the workplace.
Mars Drinks is pleased to announce that work environmental sociologist and author, Dr. Tracy Brower, PhD, MM, MCR (in the picture) will join the company to further develop research and insights toward understanding the role that drinks play in inspiring people to create better, more fulfilling ways to work.

Dr. Brower is a work environment sociologist. She is the author of Bring Work to Life by Bringing Life to Work: A Guide for Leaders and Organizations (September 2014) which focuses on work-life integration and abundance.

Dr. Brower focuses on the sociology of work – how work affects us and how we affect our work. Over her career, she has had the opportunity to engage with a wide range of organizations including many of the Fortune 500.
She is a two-time recipient of the CoreNet Luminary Award for speaking and a recipient of the University of Houston Alexander Real Estate Innovative Practices Award.
Dr. Brower holds a PhD in the sociology of work as well as a Masters of Management in organizational effectiveness and a Masters of Corporate Real Estate.
