MILAN, Italy – Mazzer is exhibiting at World of Coffee in Milan from 23 to 25 June, where they are sharing all their latest developments in coffee grinding. Having sponsored the Barista League in Portland last week with their new low RPM Major VP coffee grinder, the company is looking forward to another three coffee-filled days.
Mazzer is present with a completely updated range, and visitors (stand H3-R06) have the chance to try out the new Mazzer products that will be in cafés in the next few months.
At the expo the ZM Plus (see the picture under the title) is in the limelight. The top-of the range version of Mazzer’s digitally controlled ZM coffee grinder, features a special additional setting which enables the barista to change easily between espresso and filter grind settings.
The new series “k” burrs in special steel – also available in a hybrid espresso/filter coffee model – have been designed and created at the Mazzer plant in Scorzè to make this piece of equipment even more flexible and high-performing.
The new Super Jolly V Up, the first in the range to offer a touch screen, is designed for those seeking a simple, practical machine without having to compromise on reliability or ergonomics.
The T-Tamper allows the barista to achieve the best results in consistency and control over the tamping pressure, eliminating repetitive, tiresome tasks and avoiding wrist and elbow strain. It’s perfect for achieving consistent quality in coffee shops where the machine is used by multiple baristas.
Omega, Mazzer’s first manual coffee grinder, boasts clean, elegant lines and carefully-selected materials. It’s designed for coffee-lovers who want great quality coffee whether they’re at home or on the go.
Omega is available for purchase on the Mazzer e-commerce platform (www.mazzer.com/en/product/omega).
