VENICE, Italy – On March 25th, on the occasion of the 1600th anniversary of the foundation of the city of Venice, its hometown, Mazzer launched the new model of the most popular among its coffee grinders, the Super Jolly V Pro. Iconic design, cutting-edge-technology and top reliability, after 50 years from the first release the new grinder has been presented to the coffee community.

The Super Jolly V Pro is a premium grinder for demanding small to medium sized cafés looking for quality, ease of use and consistent results. The evolution of its design, updated with new, sleek lines, makes the Super Jolly V Pro a contemporary classic, a modern grinder which pays tribute to the 1971 Jolly model.

The Super Jolly V Pro has been re-engineered to be a precious tool for baristas, at their side in all the stages of their professional adventure as it is precise, resistant, with low maintenance costs and excellent performance.

Ninety-three per cent of the grinder weight comes from premium materials like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper, to make it not only durable but also easy to recycle and eco-friendly.

The grinder embraces many of the updates seen in Mazzer’s top of the range models and combines them with a few other innovations. These include a new electronic interface with an optional IoT module for remote control over the coffee grinder.

The removable GFC grind flow control system, the fully-adjustable portafilter holder, an easy access to the grinding chamber without loss of the regulation, the portafilter activated grind button and much more. The 64mm flat burrs have also been re-engineered to increase productivity by 20%.

The grinder is available in electronic on demand, automatic and timer versions

It is into production now and the first batches are leaving to reach baristas all over the world.
