At Specialty Coffee Expo Seattle from April 20 to 22, Mazzer is proud to announce two regional premieres with the new Robur S and the Kold S on display for the first time in the United States (stand 1032).

After Seattle Mazzer will exhibit the new grinders at FHA Singapore from April 24 to 27 (stand 2K4-01) and World of Coffee Amsterdam from June 21 to 23 (stand B29-C30).

Designed for high-volume cafés

The new ROBUR S combines a high level of usability with superior performance. Responding to the needs of a busy café and integrating technological advances, the new grinder improves dose consistency and reduces coffee retention by 52%. It has an excellent grinding speed (average for espresso 1s/5g) with low RPM (420 RPM – 50 Hz).

The special cooling system with double fan keeps coffee safe from temperature exposure, preserving maximum aroma. Robur S features an easy system for cleaning of the grinding chamber quickly and without losing your grind setting. Additionally, grinding adjustment is made easier thanks to the user-friendly Memory Track system. The new built‐in memory board can keep track of coffee statistics, tracks maintenance updates and it is cloud compatible.

Designed to protect coffee beans from temperature exposure

The new KOLD S is built following a cool, sleek and forward looking design. Kold S conveys cutting-edge technology and premium quality. Likewise Robur S, connecting to cloud will also be possible for the new KOLD S, an upgrade of the Kold grinder-doser.

Besides enhanced performances in terms of consistency and retention, Kold S is characterised by the particular attention it pays to the temperature of the coffee beans. The coffee gets protected against exposure to heat even should grinding times be extended, thanks to a specifically designed mechanical construction and to a double cooling system.

The new models, manufactured at the Venice plant and available in two versions, both doser and electronic on demand, will be in the market in Autumn 2018.
