This Sigep will be the first official appointment at which Mazzer will celebrate its 70th with its friends in the world of coffee at large. To make the occasion even more special, the limited edition of the mechanical model of ZM will be featured at theshow.

This edition was created to celebrate the anniversary of an all-Italian story.

70 numbered specimens signed by founder Luigi Mazzer, all cream in colour, to pay tribute to the fabulous Fifties, and featuring an adjustment knob with rev counter and titanium burrs.

At Mazzer’s stand (D1 – 192) many innovations for visitors to test hands-on

The exhibition will be the opportunity to see the new ROBUR S introduced in October and available in both electronic and automatic versions. A grinder-doser much favoured by bartenders having to deal with large daily volumes and workloads.

Robur S

Compared with the previous model, Robur S maintains the same grinding speed (average 1.4s/7g), makes cleaning and adjustment more practical thanks to the “memory track” system, reduces retention by 52% and increases the electronics‘ functionality.

Furthermore, and this is the true novelty at Mazzer, the unit is pre-set for connecting to cloud, thus opening the way towards a whole spectrum of possibilities.

Likewise, connecting to cloud will also be possible for the new KOLD S, an upgrade of the Kold grinder-doser.

Kold

Besides enhanced performances in terms of speed and power, Kold S is characterised by the particular attention it pays to the temperature of the coffee beans.

The coffee gets protected against exposure to heat even should grinding times be extended, thanks to a special cooling system and to a specifically designed mechanical construction.

Alongside Kold S and Robur S there will be ZM digital

ZM Digital

The top range coffee grinder designed for the specialty coffee will turn one year old next April, but can already boast having introduced important innovations in the sector, like a digital control micro-metric grinding system.

An electronic system for calibrating the distance between the grinders, in fact, ensures identical and repeatable grinding settings among different machines: a veritable revolution.
