DUBAI ,United Arab Emirates – ICONS Coffee Couture’s Barista Artist Nouman Kureshi was bestowed with the prestigious UAE Latte Art Champion for 2013 at the recently concluded International Coffee and Tea Festival.
Artistic Baristas from across the UAE knocked their creative minds when they all converged and battled out their ingenuity at the event. Convincing the Jurors of the Championship with his amazing fire-spitting Dragon painted in milk & espresso while highlighting artistic expressions in a competition platform that challenges the barista in an on-demand performance, Nouman Kureshi won the coveted award.
He has worked for leading coffee companies in the UK and is now Barista Artist of the Franchise Chain ICONS Coffee Couture. Having won the esteemed title, he is now scheduled to represent UAE and ICONS in the upcoming WORLD Latte Art Championship in Melbourne, Australia in 2014.
