TURNHOUT, Belgium – Miko NV hereby discloses the total number of voting rights as modified as a result of the introduction of the loyalty vote (double voting right) at the extraordinary general meeting of Miko NV held on May 23, 2023, whereby fully paid-up shares that have been continuously registered in the name of the same shareholder in Miko NV’s nominative shareholder register for at least two years entitle the holder to 2 votes. All other shares are entitled to 1 vote.
This disclosure is made pursuant to Article 15 of the Law of May 2, 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, pursuant to which changes in capital, voting securities and voting rights must be published.
