From Atlanta (USA) to Seul (South Korea) Dalla Corte espresso machine Mina achieved resounding success. Its captivating design and its patented technology allow to customize each single extraction step through the electronic management of the water flow (DFR – Digital Flow Regulation).

Let’s start with Coffee Expo in Seoul. In this Asian country, the coffee consumption per person is 298 cups per year, 5 times greater than the Asian-Pacific average. The interest to the espresso, the technology and the quality of coffee is growing more and more.

The wide stand by Meteora, Dalla Corte’s partner in South Korea, had a great impact as happened at Host 2015. As in Milan, 10  yellow Minas and a big public of experts was enthusiast. The DC coffee pro led visitors to discover a new extraction technique that can surprise for the incredible results in cup.

Everyday were organized several workshops held by Paolo Dalla Corte and by Johnny Jeon, DC coffee pro, about Mina’s new technology as well as many proof of taste.

Rewarding innovation

“Traffic problems” also at Dalla Corte stand at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta – Georgia (Usa) at the annual Scaa (Specialty Coffee Association of America) event.

The new Dalla Corte look captured the public’s attention and Mina was always surrounded by visitors asking for information. Also all the workshops organized gained a great participation.

“Mina attracted many visitors not only for its pleasant design, but especially for its functionality and its unique performances” explains Sevan Istanboulian, responsible for Dalla Corte North America together with Skip Finley. “We showed our leadership about innovative technology, design and ergonomics.”

Evo2 Blackboard gave the participants the possibility to express their creativity as well as to taste perfect espressos.

Besides, Mina has been listed by Sprudge in the most interesting top five news of the Scaa event. The magazine praised the original technology and the captivating design of this “sport” machine whose lever is similar to the speedometer by an important car brand: Porsche.
