MELBOURE, Australia – Minas Hill Coffee will kick start Melbourne Coffee Week on Monday 4th February 2019, 6:00pm-10:00pm, with a one-night-only panel of special guests to discuss current projects. These guests will be discussing their concerns on sustainability, transparency, women in coffee and all the relationships involved in this complex coffee chain.

It is a conversation to help each other understand the current situation and how we can network within the coffee community to find solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to shed light on the new practices involved in speciality coffee which will cover:

  • Processes
  • Sustainability
  • Environment
  • Transparency
  • Women in Coffee

The evening will commence with the discussion amongst our farmers from Brazil, representatives from not-for-profit organisations, professionals and coffee enthusiasts. Each representative will present a different view point and talk about their shared experiences. To conclude the discussion, the panel will then be open to the audience for a Q&A session.

Following the discussion there will be an informal gathering, a perfect space for further conversation, networking, drinks, music and food.
