MILAN – “I’ve been positively surprised by the sincere interest of visitors for our Organic and quality certified coffee blends” commented the Sole Administrator of Torrefazione Monforte Srl company, Mrs. Magda Katsoura Colozza (PICTURE), when giving her feedback about TUTTOFOOD 2017 International exhibition concluded last Thursday in Milan.
She’s been glad to notice that consumers are today more conscious about what they’re eating and drinking than in the past and are paying much attention to food labels and ingredients.
Mrs. Katsoura Colozza added that this ever green trend has increased and significantly spread in the past two years, following the lead of the previous Tutto Food exhibition held in 2015, when EXPO Milan started.
On that occasion a competition was staged for the best products on display and a commission of experts, in charge of analysing them, selected Caffè Monforte 5 Stelle and Gran Aroma Espresso Italiano di Qualità blends certified coffee blends for the TuttoFood Certified Quality Award 2015.
The 2017 edition not only confirmed consumers’ interest for Caffè Monforte quality-certified coffee blends but also renewed their appreciation for Caffè Monforte Organic Line containing coffees sourced from Organic certified plantations of Central America, India and Africa.
“Visitors’ positive comments about our green stand, confirmed our choice of natural materials for exhibition shelves and desks, in line with the style of FederBio area we exhibited in – commented Torrefazione Monforte’s Sole Administrator – and our natural and quality choices.
Mrs. Magda Katsoura also appreciated the 2017 Tutto Food exhibition collateral program, including topic-specific conferences and meetings.
She’s been really glad to have attended the Global Food Innovation Summit and concluded “I’m agreeing about what stated at the conference hosting former US president Obama and stressing the importance of reducing gas pollution on Earth by adopting green solutions, such as vertical farming and environment-friendly urban development strategies”, with a positive feeling for a greener and more natural future keen on healthy choices and undisputable quality food consumption.
