MILAN – Mumac Coffee Academy is launching its first free online course devoted to coffee lovers and professionals on November 9th. In the summary of yesterday’s issue, we wrongly reported the date of the course as November 20th: we apologise for the mistake that was quickly corrected on the home page an in the article. The course is entirely dedicated to coffee and intended for baristas, restaurant owners, HoReCa professionals, students and coffee lovers. It will enable you to understand the evolution of cafés in recent years, to discover new trends and to learn about new drinks that you can introduce in your café.
The course, scheduled for 9 November from 10:00 to 13:00, is free of charge, open to everyone and online, so it can be conveniently accessed from a smartphone, tablet or computer
The training session will be held by Davide Roveto, a Mumac Coffee Academy trainer, coffee expert, microroaster and owner of three premises.
The course is in Italian and it is part of the #BackToTheCoffee project, an initiative promoted to improve the visibility of our community’s premises around the world, giving them an opportunity to present themselves on the Mumac Coffee Academy, LaCimbali and Faema social media channels.
