VILLORBA, Treviso, Italy – Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group S.p.A notifies that on 25th January 2018 the Board of Directors has resolved, upon opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditor, to appoint Leonardo Rossi – Finance Director of the Company – as Manager in charge of the Company’s Financial Report effective 1st February 2018.
Massimo Zuffi, former Manager in charge of the Company’s Financial Report, will be responsible for the IT function with particular regard to the Group’s ERP project therefore it was necessary to replace him.
