LONDON, UK – Nescafé Azera, the youngest brand in the Nescafé armoury appeared at the London Coffee Festival last week. In front of the ‘Who’s who’ of London’s trend setting coffee scene, Nescafé Azera stood out amongst the 250 other brands featured at the festival with its innovative nitro coffee display. There was lots going on at the Nescafé Azera stand, including:
- Coffee Cocktail Masterclasses with Ola Persson, Barista to the professionals
- Resident artist Marc Craig creating live masterpieces, inspired by coffee, throughout the festival
- The chance to see the new Nescafé Azera rebrand – which takes the brand to a more modern and minimalist appearance.
Running from Thursday 28th through to Sunday 31st March, the London Coffee Festival took place at the Old Truman Brewery in the east end of the capital. Over 4 days, thousands of industry experts mingled with hordes of coffee aficionados to experience all that the renowned coffee festival had to offer.
At the vibrant Nescafé Azera stand visitors were treated to cold brew Nescafé Azera Nitro on tap, as well as takeaway cans of Nescafé Azera Nitro in Americano and Latte variants. Guests were encouraged to stop and taste delicious coffee cocktails, devised by Ola Persson, award winning barista. Throughout the festival, Ola ran intimate ‘Coffee Cocktail Masterclasses’, where he demonstrated and taught visitors how to make beautiful coffee cocktails using Nescafé Azera. The masterclasses included cocktails like ‘Hibiscus and Lime Mocktail’, ‘Cold Brew Mojito’, ‘Chocolate Snow Cocktail’ and ‘Nitro Cold Brew Martini’.
In keeping with the brand’s ethos of championing new and different experiences, resident Nescafé Azera artist Marc Craig set up camp in the stand to work on a large live piece of art, created during the event. In addition to the live art event, Marc also used inspiration from the brand and created a piece to be used as a backdrop in the stand photo booth, meaning every visitor who took park got to take home a personalised branded print.
Nescafé Azera Brand Manager Rebecca Marshall said: “Nescafé Azera is about being the partner for curiosity, so coming to the London Coffee Festival, a space full of coffee experts and devotees at the forefront of coffee trends and innovation feels like coming home for us.
