MILAN – Nespresso Professional announced the launch of two new blends, Bianco Delicato and Bianco Intenso, expertly crafted to pair with milk. As part of the newly introduced Creations range, the two coffees are influenced by global coffee trends. “These products have been created using a new approach to coffee blending and were inspired by professional baristas’ craftsmanship,” says the company. Research shows that 75% of coffee drinkers regularly choose recipes with milk, and with Bianco Delicato and Bianco Intenso business customer will be able to create barista-quality white coffee recipes at the touch of a button – from an intense Cortado to the smooth Cappuccino or Latte.

Nespresso: Understanding the alchemy of coffee and milk

The Nespresso development team spent several years studying the interaction between coffee and milk in order to create the most harmonious marriage. “We experimented with 18 coffee origins, focusing on the techniques of roasting and grinding to perfect blends which would reveal their best flavors with milk,” explains Karsten Ranitzsch, Head of Coffee at Nespresso. For our Nespresso Professional line, the result are two exclusive and premium coffee varieties, which make a broad range of delicious milk recipes and are easy to create at work or in a hospitality setting.

The result are two exclusive and premium coffee varieties, which can be used to make a broad range of delicious milk recipes:

Bianco Delicato

Bianco Delicato has been designed to marry perfectly with milk in smooth and sweet recipes. The blend is predominantly composed of Kenyan Arabicas and is very lightly roasted to bring out the natural sweetness of the coffee. It reveals delicious caramel and biscuit notes when combined with milk.

Bianco Intenso

Bianco Intenso owes its unique flavor profile to the meticulous technique of split roasting. The blend, mainly Colombian Arabicas, is roasted in two contrasting ways – one part dark and the other light. When milk is added, sweet and nutty cereal notes are revealed to create an intense, yet balanced, cup of coffee with milk.

Nespresso: Enabling your creativity with a wide variety of milk recipes

These two new coffees are part of a new permanent product category within the Nespresso Professional range. The Creations coffee range allows you to express your creativity by reproducing a wide variety of recipes from around the world. Alongside these two new coffees for milk, the new category will also feature our popular flavored blends (Espresso Caramel and Espresso Vanilla).

These latest innovations reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to inspire and enhance meaningful relationships between out-of-home customers and their clients. They provide a perfect opportunity to enhance the coffee experiences you offer employees or guests – whatever their coffee preferences.
