MILAN – Nestle SA, the world’s biggest food and coffee company, reported on Thursday better-than-expected first-quarter revenue results, led by Nescafe and Nespresso coffee. The Vevey-based company Nestlé saw a 3.9 percent lift in its organic growth, a closely watched measure that cuts out currency movements and acquisition effects, in the three months ended March 31.
