Nestle exhibition will Feed Your Mind at Expo Milano. The Swiss giant has built an interactive exhibition to explain the mystery of what happens inside us when we eat, at Expo Milano 2015 – the largest ever event dedicated to food.
Entitled “Feed Your Mind!”, the exhibition in the Swiss Pavilion shows how the body and mind react to the food we eat: the mechanisms that govern appetite and affect how we choose and taste food.
Organised into four themes, the Nestlé space is focused on: the growth and development of the brain, hunger and satiety, the role of the senses and emotions in nutrition and the future of health and food.
The exhibition was designed by the Nestlé Research Center, the Nestlé Institute of Health Sciences and Italian food science research institution Istituto Auxologico Italiano.
“Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life”, is the central theme of Expo Milano 2015, which runs from 1 May to October 31 and is expected to attract over 20 million visitors.
