Nestlé has been recognised as a global leader in reducing carbon emissions and tackling climate change across its supply chain.
The international not-for-profit CDP has included Nestlé in its first supplier engagement leader board.
CDP assessed actions to reduce emissions and lower climate-related risks in the supply chain in the past reporting year.
Nestlé is one of only 29 companies included out of a total of 3,300 assessed, putting it among just 1% awarded a place.
The supplier engagement leader board is part of a new report available on CDP’s website.
