The New Zealand Barista Championships Workshop is designed for baristas who are thinking of competing and would like clarity on the Rules & Regs from experienced judges.
The workshop this year will cover aspects of the World Barista Championship, World Latte Art Championship & World Brewers Cup.
It is a evening workshop covering some of technical and sensory/visual aspects of the Championships. This workshop is invaluable for anyone serious about competing NZ’s premiere barista events.
All the World Championship rules & regulations and scoresheets have been updated for 2015 and the NZ Barista Championships Workshop has evolved accordingly.
