CHICAGO, U.S. – NAMA announces that it is now accepting nominations for the 2016 NAMA Industry Awards through Monday, February 8, 2016. The NAMA Industry Awards are presented to individuals that best exemplify consistent support of the vending, coffee service, micro market and contract food service industry.
Candidates must exhibit a history of service and leadership to their communities and to the industry through active participation with NAMA and state councils.
They must be innovative, possess a willingness to expand conventional practices and follow consistent ethical business standards in accordance with the NAMA code of ethics. The awards will be presented at the NAMA OneShow, taking place in Chicago, April 13-15.
“It’s an incredible honor to have been named NAMA’s 2015 Industry Person of the Year,” said Mark Dieffenbach of the Hershey Company.
“Our industry can be competitive, but it is also very tight-knit, and I’ve made many life-long friends through it. I think we all strive to earn the respect of our peers and colleagues, and it means so much to me to have been recognized in this way. This is an award I’m very proud of and will treasure always.”

- 2016 Industry Person of the Year
- 2016 Operator of the Year
- 2016 Allied Member of the Year
