Dalla Corte has nothing to hide! The simplicity of the way it manufactures its coffee machines is the natural consequence of a detailed study, which gives great advantages in terms of both, extraction and maintenance.
For this reason, one side of the booth is dedicated to recreate a “small factory” where, every day, a brand-new 3 groups evo2 is going to be built.
Therefore, it is the right moment to appreciate the great quality behind every single component, the innovation that characterizes these machines and the certifications, issued by third parties, that our coffee machines have obtained.
Quality to try and workshop
Live/learn/share is the motto that characterizes this appointment once more: in fact, in another side of the booth, a 3 groups evo2 and a 3 groups dc pro, along with an on-demand grinder dc one, are positioned on two cubes; there, an intense workshop programme and a proof of taste will take place.
Main guests of the former are: the Coffee in Good Spirits World Champion 2013, Victor Delpierre and the 2014 runner up at the Latte Art Championship, Chiara Bergonzi.
The coffee used in the booth is the Orang Utan coffee, which comes from the protected area of the Indonesian island of Sumatra, where last May Dalla Corte, that has been developing a project for over ten years, has recently been with more than fifty famous baristas, coffee experts and coffee lovers.
The different roasting profile done by several roasters give the possibility of understanding the importance of the temperature in order to have perfect extraction for each kind of coffee.

The creative machine and the new double grinder
With the evo2 Blackboard a new relationship with the coffee machine has begun. A coffee machine that not only extracts perfect coffee constantly, but also allows everyone to communicate and to express its own personal creativity.
This is due to its new coating that literally makes the coffee machine a blackboard, where people can write and draw on it. Give it a try!
On top of this, there is another news from the Dalla Corte world: the new dc two on demand. Completely developed by the Dalla Corte R&D department, it has been manufactured in its factory, on the outskirt of Milan.
It is the perfect solution for those places that don’t have a lot of space but they still want to offer different blends or mono origin. It is, in fact, incredibly compact (mm 240 1 x 270 h x 550 p) and has got 65 mm flat burrs expressly designed to obtain the perfect cut of the bean.
Certified Lead Free
After carrying out several tests, all Dalla Corte coffee machines have obtained the following certification: the NSF/ANSI 4, related to the parts of coffee machine in contact with the water, and the NSF/ANSI 372 related to the metal alloys used.
In fulfillment of the American Law, these coffee machines can be registered in the “Lead Free” category: an announced goal that has been finally certified.
It is important to remember that all the coffee machines manufactured by Dalla Corte and traded in every single corner of the world have these characteristics.
