Nuova Simonelli is set to showcase the NUOVA Aurelia MP, able to grant great precision and control over the extraction. It can manage different coffee profiles thanks to its indipendent groups system. Its advanced technologies are able to offer a wide coffee and milk based menu, great beverage consistency by reducing daily operations and waste.
Equipped with C-Automation and E-Milk technologies, NUOVA Aurelia MP introduces automation in the traditional coffee machine. C-Automation technology connects the machine and grinder in a single system to ensure speed of preparation, high performance and ease of use for coffee extraction. C-Automation (Coffee-Automation) connects the machine and grinder, allowing them to share the same recipes via the portafilter.
In addition, this technology, developed using Artificial Intelligence, analyses the flow of the dispensed coffee and automatically adjusts the grinder to ensure consistent results. C-Automation enables workflow speed to increase by up to 20% and guarantees beverage quality by limiting human error and reducing coffee waste during recipe setup. C-Automation also reduces staff training time and costs thanks to the system’s automatic features.
E-Milk technology allows you to froth milk automatically and can set up to nine personalised recipes. All the barista has to do is press a button to obtain perfect cream foam without the need for training. The energy management program, on the other hand, helps improve the environmental and economic sustainability of the location.
