MILAN – Otlob, Egypt’s leading online food delivery platform added “Starbucks” to it’s app to be the first and only delivery service for their products in Egypt. This comes as one of the company’s plans to continuously add new partners and services that meet their customers’ daily needs.

“Starbucks” is one of the most recognized brands globally and is a leading coffeehouse chain. They opened their first store in the MENA region in 1999 and have been expanding rapidly across the region since.

This partnership gives customers the chance to choose between a variety of Starbucks’ delicious food and pair it perfectly with their favorite handcrafted beverages. Customers can choose from a wide selection of hot and cold beverages, Espresso, Frappuccino blended beverages and brewed coffee. They can also enjoy Starbucks’ range of Sandwiches, salads, desserts and snacks.

Sofiène Marzouki, Otlob’s Managing Director, said: “We’re excited to be the first and only delivery service for Starbucks and we are always doing our best to provide our customers with their favorite restaurants and coffeehouses. We put our customers’ feedback as a priority to ensure we provide them with the best food ordering experience.”

Sofiène added: “With our growing coverage across the nation, we are going to rely heavily on our thousands of delivery heroes to fulfill the increase in demand in Egypt”

“At Starbucks, we are dedicated to being close to our customers and provide them with the best experience, which is why we are constantly on the lookout for new and simple ways for them to enjoy Starbucks from home,” stated Business Director for Starbucks Middle East and North Africa, Maciej Kuczynski. “Our goal is to access our customers wherever they are, and through our partnership with Otlob, they can now enjoy their Starbucks favorites from the comfort of their own homes.”

It’s worth mentioning that adding Starbucks to Otlob’s application is in line with their strategy to continue expanding their reach in Egypt in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. They have continued to add new restaurants to their platform, reaching more than 7,000 restaurants across 26 cities in Egypt. Otlob has also introduced new services to its customers, such as Groceries, Health, and Cosmetics.
