Following its sponsoring of the London Coffee Festival for a fourth time, Seda UK says it has enjoyed another successful year at the event held at the Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane.

The Blackwood, South Wales based company exclusively supplied around 400,000 cups, featuring two funky designs, both to selected coffee shops in the capital during the two-week lead up and at the event itself. It also reinforced its presence by taking a high visibility stand there during the two trade days.

Seda exhibited its extensive range of products including 4oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz and 20oz paper cups with single wall and double wall types to meet a variety of coffee drinking experiences from a small espresso to a large latte. The company’s patented double wall cup with superior heat insulation properties was of special interest. Also on display was a selection of Seda’s lids to top off its cups.

Both large corporate customers and smaller independent coffee shop operators converged on Seda’s stand to find out more about its various products and latest innovations.

The number of visitors to the company’s stand was up on last year and the quality of enquiries proved extremely satisfactory with several new potential customers inspired by Seda’s product line up.

There was also an interesting mix of people from both the UK and mainland Europe.

Paul Synnott, Sales & Marketing Director at Seda UK said: “We are delighted that the London Coffee Festival has again provided us with an excellent forum to further our interests in the progressive on-the-go coffee market. Both the number and quality of visitors to our stand has been extremely encouraging and we have a good number of new leads to follow up.”

Seda UK Limited is part of Seda International Packaging Group, a leader in rigid and flexible packaging solutions based in Naples – Italy.
