HELSINKI, Finland – Paulig continues actively promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Our company-wide DEI policy that was launched a year ago has created a solid foundation for further developing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within Paulig.

“One year ago, we strengthened our commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion with a group-wide DEI policy and partnering with Workplace Pride, a non-profit foundation focused on LGBTIQ+ inclusion in the workplace” says the company in a statement.

“This year, we kept moving forward on our learning journey with an internal DEI Talks webinar on the theme of “How to contribute to a more inclusive workplace for LGBTIQ+ colleagues and others” hosted by Yuli Kim from Workplace Pride, continues the statement”.

“As part of our ongoing work to create an even more diverse and inclusive workplace, this autumn we are having company-wide DEI-themed discussions in our teams, held by each team’s own manager.

The purpose of this activity is to get the conversation going about the different aspects of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across all levels of the organization,” concludes the statement.

“Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are important at Paulig every day of the year. The conversations we are having in teams are an activity to maintain and develop the conversation around DEI, and we gather and analyze the most important insights to develop the DEI work at Paulig further,” says Lilian de Munno, HR Director, People Development & Processes.
