TORONTO, Canada — Pilot Coffee Roasters have been recognized among Ontario’s Best Workplaces according to an annual list published by Great Place to Work®. The Toronto-based specialty coffee roaster, cold brewery, cafe operator and wholesaler were selected from 400 workplaces province-wide and are the only coffee roaster to achieve ‘Best Workplace’ honours in Canada so far this year.
Since 2019, Pilot Coffee Roasters have been recognized on multiple Great Place to Work® lists, including Best Workplaces for Millennials, Women, Inclusion and Best Workplaces Managed by Women.

Pilot’s headquarters in east-end Toronto include a vertically integrated production facility, cafe and office space. With another seven cafes across the city, they have approximately 120 full and part-time staff when fully operational.
