BONNER, Mont., US – Planetary Design, LLC, has added the new Trestle coffee capsule adapter to its BruTrek line of coffee gear for the outdoors. The Trestle adapter bridges the simplicity of the AeroPress coffee maker with the convenience of K-Cup coffee capsules for a compact, portable brewing system. Wherever your travels take you, the Trestle will make a perfect cup of coffee in minutes, without measuring, weighing or making a mess.

Building on Planetary’s 15-year track record of success producing innovative, durable coffee gear for outdoor enthusiasts, the new Trestle adapter is now available at https://planetarydesign.com/.

“When it comes to enjoying their morning coffee, many people rely on capsules – they’re a quick and easy way to make a cup for home or on the go to work,” said Jess Nepstad, CEO of Planetary Design. “For those who want to enjoy that same convenience in the outdoors, we’re introducing our new Trestle adapter. Paired with the simplicity of an AeroPress, the Trestle makes for a compact brewing system that can go just about anywhere. It’s the ideal way for coffee capsule lovers to start their day while camping, overlanding, RVing, traveling and more.”

Planetary Design ‘s Trestle is compatible with AeroPress and AeroPress Go coffee makers and widely available capsules that fit the K-Cup brewing system

From coffee to tea, chai, cocoa and cider. Insert a coffee capsule inside the body of the Trestle and cover with the top lid. Line up the Trestle’s tabs with the bottom of the AeroPress and twist to lock securely in place. Stand the assembly on your drinking vessel, add hot water, press the plunger, then enjoy. To clean, wash by hand. For the sake of our planet and your conscience, use of a refillable coffee capsule or recycling used capsules where possible is encouraged.

The body and stabilizing platform of the Trestle are made of durable BPA-free plastic, while O-rings and the one-way brew valve are made of silicone, and the puncture tube is stainless steel.

The Trestle is available for sale at https://planetarydesign.com/product/capsule-adapter-for-the-aeropress-coffee-brewer/ with an MSRP of $28.
