BOTON ROUGE, LA., U.S. — Pod Pack International (“Pod Pack”), a leading manufacturer of innovative single-serve coffee, tea, and other beverage product solutions, has expanded into a new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Baton Rouge, LA.
The fully operational 74,000 sq. ft. facility more than doubles Pod Pack’s manufacturing footprint and provides ample capacity for future growth. With the expansion, Pod Pack has the capacity to produce over ½ billion single-serve coffee and tea units annually.
Built in 2015, the company’s new corporate headquarters was designed to exceed the exacting standards of the latest cutting-edge food safety, product quality, and production reliability protocols.
The facility features dedicated grinding, blending, and manufacturing space in addition to industry-leading R&D, warehousing, and office functionality. The Class A facility is 100% climate-controlled and features direct links to production bays with real-time plant and machine monitoring systems.

Pod Pack’s vertically integrated suite of capabilities includes sourcing, grinding, batching, flavor mixing, customized packaging, and distribution. The company delivers high-quality, custom beverage taste profiles across a wide variety of formats including 1-cup coffee and tea pods, espresso pods, Keurig-compatible cups, tea packets, super pods, and cold brew. The company has added 50 new jobs to accommodate recent growth.
