EMMERICH, Germany – From South America to Europe to Asia and digital in between: with a diversified potpourri of live streaming and face-to-face events, Probat is once again offering coffee professionals around the globe many opportunities to experience its world of innovative technologies and tailored customer solutions in 2024. All dates and venues are now available on the company’s website.

In addition to participating in all major international coffee trade fairs, Probat continues to focus on its own digital communication channels to promote dialogue with customers worldwide on trends, innovations, and future topics in the industry.

The Pop Up and Heat series of bespoke digital content formats will offer a wide range of curated coffee-related topics for their respective target audiences every month of the year: from finding the right air treatment system for every specialty requirement, to process optimization through intelligent sensor technology, to Probat’s response to the rapidly changing global service landscape − no question, no matter how pressing, will be left unanswered.

A constant and close mutual dialogue is at the heart of Probat’s customer philosophy. Discussions in day-to-day business are just as much a part of maintaining customer relations as dialogue at all important industry events.

Here, Probat offers interactive and innovative spaces for inspiring and in-depth face-to-face exchanges. In addition to the two Sca Expos in Chicago and Copenhagen, the company will be available to discuss trends and future innovations in coffee processing with all visitors to the most important coffee trade fairs in South America, the Middle East, Asia, and the Indian subcontinent.
