U.K’s coffee shop and bar franchise Puccino’s has recently opened a new Training Centre in Weybridge (Surrey), UK. This facility will further increase the development of both our Franchisees and their Teams.
Franchisees and Baristas already receive Training and Brand Induction Workshops as they enter the business, but with this new facility our Coffee Training Workshops have been further developed and will focus in greater detail on the equipment, extraction and the theory of coffee.
Additional workshops will be rolled out throughout 2018, the first of these will be the Management and Leadership course for Franchisees.
The Training Centre will also be used for Seasonal Campaign launches and the Barista of the Year Heats.
Nadine Jojo, Puccino’s Training and Development Manager commented: “The New Training Centre is a step change for the business and will accommodate twice the number of trainees.
It is also a lovely and comfortable learning and development environment for our Baristas and Franchisees alike and will further enhance our coffee standards and service levels and give greater consistency across the Franchise”.
