AtHost 2015, pulyCAFF showcased its broadened line of “green” products by adding pulyGRIND Hopper, the practical hopper and dosing unit cleaner. Cleaning the grinder-dosing unit is essential to guarantee a perfect espresso.
Roasted coffee releases some of the oils on the containers’ surface, causing their oxidation and, if not removed, the pollution of the fresh coffee grains poured into the hopper and of the ground coffee poured into the dosing unit.
The espresso brewed will not taste as good.
The hopper and dosing unit must be regularly cleaned. pulyGRIND Hopper is very easy to use: after removing the solid residues, spray it onto a clean cloth and wipe off the surfaces until they’re clean and dry, without the need to rinse them out.
The product, made with natural ingredients, is suitable also to clean and sanitize stainless steel surfaces and chromed equipment.
It is available in a practical 200 ml bottle with sprayer.
A wide range
PulyCAFF range is more and more complete and versatile. Starting from pulyCAFF Plus (created in 1961), the first specific product to clean the espresso machine every day: it removes the greasy residues coffee build-up that, if not removed, alter the taste and prevent the machine from operating properly.
pulyMILK removes milk build-up from the steam lance or automatic milk frother, by sanitizing them on the inside and on the outside, while pulyBAR Igienic polishes the machine body and all the surfaces of the coffee area.
And for the grinder-dosing unit, the gluten-free crystals made of edible starches of pulyGRIND (to be used every 2-3 days) remove the coffee build-up from the grinder.
The hopper may be cleaned every day with the new pulyGRIND HOPPER. pulyCAFF and pulyMILK are certified by NSF International – National Sanitation Foundation – the USA body for protection of public health.
