TRIESTE, Italy – Becoming a Q-Grader means being one of the leading experts in coffee selection and tasting at an international level. In 2020 again, the Bazzara Academy wants to give this opportunity to all of the field specialists dedicating the third week of May to this prestigious training course.
On this occasion, Mike Riley will be the teacher. A British Q-Arabica Instructor who has been working in the coffee world for more than 30 years first as Head of Coffee in an English roasting company and then as founder of the Falcon Specialty, a Specialty Coffee importer.
Besides being a Q-Grader and Q-Arabica, Mike Riley is also a professional taster and advisor for the market of Specialty Coffees.
The Bazzara Academy is led by Marco Bazzara, son and nephew of coffee professionals. Marco has grown in the coffee world since very young and he has been cultivating a great passion for everything connected to sensory analysis.
It is right this passion that allowed him to create very recently a unique training course with topics that cover the entire coffee chain, e.g. matching and technical assessments of the preparations.
However, there are many other courses programmed at the Bazzara Academy throughout 2020 , a very challenging year with many new modules dedicated to coffee enthusiasts and Coffee Lovers.
