PARABIAGO, Milan (Italy) – Following the exciting world championship held in Abu Dhabi in December 2022, the Italian selections for the Latte Art Grading System championships will reopen starting from March 27 at Diemme Academy, the LAGS Certification Point in Padua. Rancilio Classe 20 SB is the official partner of the competition and will give competitors the opportunity to make the most of its advanced coffee extraction and steam delivery technology to make state-of-the-art cappuccinos.

The semi-finalists of each category – green, red and black – will be announced by a jury of LAGS experts who will evaluate the contestants on the basis of their technical and creative Latte Art skills.
In fact, the stages of the 2023 Italian selections will determine those who will participate in the 2023 national final at Host Milano in October, where the World LAGS Battle 2023 world championships will also take place with the finalists from all the countries part of the LAGS circuit.
