Rancilio Group showcasing its latest product innovations at Hotelex    Shanghai    2021

SHANGHAI, China – Rancilio Group participates in the 30th edition of Hotelex Shanghai, which is one of the most influential trade fairs in the Far East, hosting more than 3,000 exhibitors. To mark the occasion, Rancilio Group presents the latest product innovations along with Steady Brew, the new technology that ensures optimal control of the extraction temperature, available for all Rancilio single boiler coffee machines.

Rancilio showcases its latest technologies at Hotelex

At Hotelex this innovative system will be presented with Classe 5 USB Tall and Classe 9 USB Tall. Visitors are also able to learn about Classe 20 ASB, the multi-boiler with Advanced Steady Brew technology.

All the machines are on display in Tall versions with raised groups, ideal for working easily with take away cups. Alongside the traditional Rancilio coffee machines, all operating with Kryo 65 OD grinder, the public can discover the Rancilio Specialty RS1 in an entirely new look designed for Hotelex, with coral-coloured body panels and wooden handles for the steam levers and portafilters.

In addition to Rancilio and Rancilio Specialty, Egro’s fully automatic coffee machines are on display

Visitors are able to try out the Zero+, One, Next and Next Touch Coffee models, the new fully automatic drip coffee machine which, thanks to its four hoppers, can work with four different types of coffee beans. Egro’s fully automatics are on display with different configurations and add-ons, such as the powder module and cup warmer, and will be equipped with various options such as the iSteam automatic steam wand and NMS+, the new milk system designed for milk-based beverages.

As regards the Home Line, Rancilio presents Silvia Pro, the new espresso machine for the domestic market with dual boiler technology and dual PID temperature control.
