SHANGHAI – The opening of the new Shanghai branch is set to strengthen the global presence of Rancilio Group. Rancilio Group has launched Rancilio Group China with headquarters in Shanghai. The Shanghai branch will be responsible for supporting and promoting the development and commercial presence of the Rancilio, Egro and Rancilio Specialty brands in China and reinforcing the expansion strategy in the Chinese market.
“We have a clear international strategy,” says Ruggero Ferrari, CEO of Rancilio Group, “and the opening of the new branch in Shanghai is a significant step towards meeting the needs of a market that is becoming increasingly important on a global scale”.
Rancilio Group China will cover the entire Chinese mainland region
And, in conjunction with the Group’s commercial management, will oversee commercial relations with local distributors, coffee roasters and, above all, large chains, both local and international.
The new Shanghai branch will also coordinate the existing technical assistance network and spare parts service, working in harmony with the Italian operations.

Supported by Tang Yong as Technical and Service Manager. Located on Wuzhong Road in the Minhang district, the new Shanghai branch will house the Rancilio Group China sales offices, an elegant showroom where Rancilio, Egro and Rancilio Specialty products will be displayed, a large warehouse for product storage and an area for both commercial and technical training.
