MILAN, Italy – Rancilio Group will be one of the main players at the second edition of The Milan Coffee Festival and to mark this special occasion will present a stand dedicated to Rancilio Specialty RS1 and three new products. The Festival will welcome the Specialty Coffee tribes, from November 30 to December 2, at Superstudio Più in Via Tortona, a multi-location symbol of the Milan lifestyle, located just a few steps from the iron bridge of the Porta Genova railway station, the epicentre of the design, high fashion and, starting from today, quality coffee weeks.

During the three days of The Milan Coffee Festival, the Rancilio Group stand will welcome the micro roasters inviting them to prepare their coffees using the different temperature profiles available on RS1 (Up, Down or Flat). Just a few weeks from the finals of the Latte Art Italian Championship of SIGEP 2020, the latte artists will take the chance to test the variable steam lever of RS1.

All the RS1s on the stand, one of which will be presented in an olive green version with wooden knobs, will be joined by a set of the new Rancilio V50 grinders. V50 is the first on-demand grinder designed by Rancilio with a horizontal motor and 50 mm vertical stainless steel burrs, with one programmable dose, suitable for any type of coffee recipe, from espresso to French press, thanks to the wide range of adjustable grinding sizes.

There are great expectations for the new Rancilio Silvia Pro, which comes as the evolution of Silvia, the icon of the Home Line designed by Rancilio. Baristas and coffee lovers will discover the new features that have been developed – from the double PID for controlling the temperature of the water to the separate boilers for coffee and steam – and all the advantages offered in terms of extraction and thermal stability.

There will also be a corner dedicated to the new Egro Next Touch Coffee, the fully automatic coffee machine designed for drip coffee, the only one available on the market equipped with four coffee bean hoppers.

The variety that is available on its menu, with four different base coffees always available and up to 10 customizable coffee blends, the touchscreen interface and the Self-Adjusting Grinder for controlling the grinding particle size in real-time are just some of the features of this fully automatic coffee machine that, from the day of its presentation at Host, continues to amaze fans of the V60 and Chemex.
