MILAN, Italy – From January 20th to 24th, the 45th International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World (Sigep) will take place at the Rimini Expo Centre in Italy. Rancilio Specialty confirms its support to the young professionals in the coffee industry appearing again as official sponsor of the Italian Latte Art Championship (CILA) and the Italian Coffee Championship in Good Spirits (CIGS).

These iconic championships sponsored by SCA will be hosted at the prestigious Coffee Arena during the event, and will determine the next winners who will represent Italy at the world finals.
The participants will have the advanced technology of the multi-boiler coffee machine RS1 at their disposal to conquer their place as national champions.
The RS1 variable steam lever will be essential to the CILA contestants who will have 10 minutes to prepare 4 artistic coffee and milk-based beverages, two coffee-based and two milk-based.
The CIGS competitors will have the opportunity to make the best use of RS1 Advanced Temperature Profiling technology to prepare two Irish coffees and two cocktails, hot or cold, made with hot coffee and spirits.
Sigep trade show, which last year saw the participation of almost 200 thousand attendees and 1 thousand exhibitors from 155 countries, is an incredible opportunity to meet the professionals and explore new business opportunities keeping up with the latest technological advancements and trends.
