Regal Ware acquires Canadian coffee equipment maker and seller Espro

KEWASKUM, WI, U.S. – Regal Ware announces the acquisition of Espro, manufacturer of premium coffee and tea presses and accessories located in Vancouver, British Columbia. The philosophy of both companies is built on innovation and quality in the food and beverage industries.

Espro will become a division of Regal Ware and will continue to operate in Vancouver, British Columbia under the Espro brand name.

The two founders, Bruce Constantine and Chris McLean will continue with the Espro business. Constantine will lead as President and McLean will serve as Sr. Product Development Engineer.

The acquisition of Espro provides Regal Ware with a premium brand in the beverage category, while providing Espro with additional working capital for the domestic and international growth strategy.
