As part of the event, the two companies will be open to visitors at their double stand in Pavilion 7, dedicated to the horeca and professional refrigeration sectors, with an additional presence in Pavilion 24, dedicated to the world of coffee and vending, in an booth experience characterised by innovation and interactivity.
Confirming REPA’s support for the coffee community, professional barista Fabio Verona, Authorised Trainer SCA, Specialty Coffee Association, will present the most sophisticated equipment in REPA’s coffee range and the proposals dedicated to coffee specialists.
Visitors will be able to explore the solutions for OEM partners and customers developed by REPA and Parts Town through LED walls and touchscreens: from end-to-end management of the 100% original spare parts range, to the reduction in storage costs, to the extensive and prompt distribution of spare parts thanks to a global distribution network.
A number of demo stations will allow visitors to discover the functions of multiple webshops, the online platforms dedicated to professional customers, such as repairers and service centres, which guarantee a fast, efficient search and purchasing service, minimising equipment downtime.
To experience the high technology standards of REPA and Parts Town up close, visitors will also be able to move around in a virtual space and, using all-in-one VR headsets, get a 360° view of the automated warehouses in Cesena (Italy), Bergkirchen (Germany), Cannock (UK) and Addison, IL (USA).
