REPA will now offer more than 64,000 original spare parts for the four brands on a non-exclusive basis, expanding the options available to customers outside of the official service network.
De’ Longhi Group customers, including independent service centers, technicians, and specialist retailers, will now have the opportunity to work with a global spare parts partner with over 40 years of market experience, which is already a trusted supplier to some of the most respected OEMs in the coffee business.
With the industry’s largest inventory accessible through state-of-the-art webshop, high stock availability, automated logistic centers that assure the fastest delivery of spare parts anywhere in the industry, REPA provides every customer with the right part, at the right time, everywhere, making costly breakdowns a thing of the past.
